We offer several different classes to open your body spirit mind and soul.  From laughter yoga to meridians in motion, our gentle openings will leave you in a spirit of peace for your entire day.

Qi Gong: 8 Brocades &
5 Healing Sounds of the Yin Organs

Let Liam guide you through these two very powerful Qi Gong routines.

In the 5 Healing Sounds of the Yin Organs, we coordinate breath and movement as we move through the 5 Phases/Elements from of Traditional Chinese Medicine: Lung through Kidney, Liver, Heart and finishing with the grounding Spleen Earth energy. These movements and sounds help balance and tonify the meridians.
 
The 8 Brocades are foundational exercises to help you gain awareness of your stance, posture, and hip and shoulder girdles as you initiate movement from your core.

Reiki: Training 1

This is a two day course with 4-5 hours each day. Liam will guide us into opening our energy channels to find greater access to the Ki all around us.

We will use a combination of chakra meditation, qi gong, self massage and energy play in nature to tap into the limitless ki - or prana  or chi - surrounding us.

Meridians
in Motion

Combining her felt knowledge of meridians and her experience with yoga and Do-In , Beatrice invites you to put your Meridians in Motion. Through postures and self-massage, the class is  centered on experiencing the energy flow or Chi running in your meridians for restoring your balance in an active way.

This class can be taken in one-on-one as the best prelude for a shiatsu session.

Laughter Yoga

Join Liam for this curated laughter yoga experience.  We will  laugh from each of our chakras.  We will renew all the old stale air in our the lungs.  We will leave energized and refreshed with a smile on our face.
