Peach tree - Prunus persica

Peaches don’t thrive this far south although I have seen some do well in the mountains down here.

I am always hopeful of different climates/relationships/ecosystems so I finally put one in when a friend gifted me her Peach that she was taking out of her place. I like forming relationships with each plant and I’m excited to watch and flower and see what sorts of fruits will emerge.
