Come and celebrate the Gaelic festival, Lughnasadh, with a class about infusing herbs into various menstruums: vinegar, alcohol (tincture), honey. We have loads of fresh herbs available: so each participant can make their own herbal infusion.
To celebrate the Gaelic festival, Lughnasadh, August 1, marking the beginning of harvest season and Midsummer (or end of summer depending on who you ask), we are offering an introductory class on herbalism. We have loads of fresh herbs available so each participant can make their own herbal infusion in whichever menstruum they choose.
The course will begin with a tour of our beautiful Permaculture Education Center, here in Pescadero, with our polycultural perennial food and medicine forest seeing our fruiting and medicinal plants.
This will be followed by 1-2 hours of herbal medicine making.
Tour runs from 5-6 PM and then we can begin herbal medicine making and be done before twilight
Please email me at itsallgoodliam@gmail.com to reserve your spot. Spaces are limited. The entire class is outdoors and masks are optional. Suggested Donation 200-500 pesos.
Open you spirit and heart to cultivate relationships with plants and green friends...
