Celebrate Beltane with a Plant Family Exploration

Updated: Apr 26, 2022

Celebrate Beltane with a Plant Family experience in our perennial polycultural food and medicine forest, on May 1st. Plant families mean to me, both, the latin families of categorization and creating relationships with our green allies.

Beltane will be an auspicious day for both of these. I am fairly passionate about plant families and what we can understand on a pattern level about our green friends as we build these relationships.

We will certainly be exploring nightshade, gourd, mallow, mint, burseraceae (incense tree) and dogbane families. All these families thrive here in Baja and have quite interesting characters in each.

Whether you are a novice to plant families or a seasoned expert (having read Botany in a Day), there will be much to experience on MayDay as we hold a lens to our green relationships.

Spaces are limited. Please contact me at itsallgoodliam@gmail.com to make your reservation for this Sunday, May 1st. Time: 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Suggested Donation of 200-500 pesos
